No, I mean 9011's. If you compare the tabs on the 9011 to a 9140 you just need to do a minor modification to the 9011 to make it fit, similar to the 9005 to 9011 mod in the high beams. I've been running them in my fogs since july 2015 with the exception of 5-6 months I had the Morimoto XB fogs, then went back to the OEM fogs with 9011.

Also running 9011's in my old Ranger's fogs for years, so far ok.

Sorry if it's been posted in this thread already, but does anyone have a before/after pic of the light output difference? Thank you, I'm definitely interested in the mod.

Just did this upgrade. It didn't take too long and there is more light output.

Here are some photos I took last night. I only replaced two of the four bulbs so far. I'll finish the job today or tomorrow.

The original bulbs are still in the right side of my truck (the passenger's side). The new bulbs are installed in the left side.

Bear in mind that I am projecting on my garage door which is painted a light blue color. The old beam definitely has a yellow tint to it. The new beam seems whiter but not blue.

Also, I adjusted my camera between the low and high beam by about 2/3 of an f-stop (darkened the image) so that the high beam wouldn't blowout the detail of the beams.

Low Beam

High Beam

These are Amazon links to the high and low beam bulbs that I used:

Is it me.. or is the hotspot on the passenger side low beam smaller and weaker? I thought it was just my truck but apparently that's how it was designed...

Yet another aspect of this truck that triggers my OCD. Lol.

I've noticed that on mine. After putting LEDs in its more pronounced.

does anyone know what would be better doing the H9/9011 mod or staying H11/9005 but going Xtreme Vision or the Crystal Vision? Hated the headlights in my '16 and looking to improve night vision without spending hundreds on LED's or something
