both of my rear windows have cat like scratches in them. I have reported this as well and no one is owning it to get it fixed so far. I have even sent in pics? Did the dealership or Ford fix your Glass?

ford turned down the warranty claim on the window so the dealer covered in good faith which I'm very grateful for .. I'll be getting in contact with you brittany from ford service again, I'm going to let it go for a week or two but my only concern right now is the air leak, thanks for helping out again

Okay dealer was great so far.
Called and said they ordered the moon roof interior trim peice. Sent in request to paint pass rear door from paint blemish.
There is a tsb on the doors so they will be aligning the doors and getting them to stop making noise and close easily for the rear doors.
They told me the exhuast as weep holes and is supposed to leak! Anyone ever heard of that? I can actually hear the exhuast leak

The dealer found other paint issues on the roof. I have been wondering if anyone else with Oxford White or any other color has this overspray issue between the doors or the lack of paint under the bottom of the door frame body ( Where the foam trim is ) and slightly up the edge.
I dont seem to have the overspray issue between the doors. However i do have a lack of paint under the bottom of the door frame along with rust all over the rear axle..

Has anyone taken their vehicle to their local dealer to get this fixed? im wondering if they are covering the repairs or if its a huge hassle going back and forth with them.

Thanks for sharing gentz002. What color is your truck? I wonder if its just certain colors or all colors / trucks? My lack of paint comes from the bottom up around the front contour onto the front side and looks 2 tone toward the bottom.

My dealer has been supper awesome about it. They were stunned and they are worried about the long term impact on the vehicle and do not think the sum of issues is acceptable. Although its been there for a week now with no word. They seem committed to making it right. If Ford does not want it back because of the total sum of issues, they are willing to get me out of it and into another one, or attempt to fix it. Their concern right now is all 4 doors will need to come off. They admitted getting it the pain fixed doors back together and aligned without air penetration with a factor finish is not likely and could take more than one attempt. They are concerned it will look repaired which will affect the resale value and perception of the truck. They agreed it was not a first quality truck and should come at a second quality price if the repair path is taken and factory finish is not achieved.

I have the overspray on the roof especially. Part of it is smooth and the other part feels like its covered in sand. In fact it feels like the whole truck needs a good claybar cleaning. My tailgate is also not aligned. It rubs and has rubbed a small
Amount of paint off. Lastly (and the bigger issue for me) is a ding in the door and almost a crease like imperfection back by the fx4 decal. I didn't notice it when I picked the truck up but it had to have been done in transport or something. I doubt anyone would ever notice it because it is minor, but I know it's there. Dealer won't help me out (I'm sure they would with the tailgate alignment). Just pisses me off that a 60 grand truck isn't perfect. Don't mean to hi-jack the topic but I would love to know if Ford service has any advice?

My truck is Oxford white. I'll have to make an appt to see what they say, the dealership here in town had not had many good reviews when it comes to service so I may take it somewhere else. I just figured if it was something Ford knew about then maybe it would be something the service department would have to fix.

You need to take your truck to a dealer with a body shop that is Ford certified to make repairs on a 2015 F150. Not all dealer body shops have this certification.
