Default Drivers fog light doesn't turn on

I have XLT 301
The fog light on the drivers side isn't turning on.
The bulb is good though. I checked the power on the harness to the bulb, and it's reading 0.14 volts or so.
I disconnected the entire fog light assembly harness (part: 15K867) and checked the power at the engine harness side (3 wires), and the drivers side power lead doesn't have power there either.
The passenger side works just fine.

I thought it might have been a blown fuse, so I checked the manual.
It doesn't say what fuse is for the fog lamps in the manual.
I called the Ford customer number to get what fuse it was, they didn't know and called my local dealership.
Dealership didn't know either.

I called the dealership, and explained the problem, they asked their mechanics, they have no idea what fuse the fog lamps are on. (I'm not feeling very impressed by Ford guys so far)

I would take it in for service and let them figure it out, but I have to go on a trip for a couple of weeks starting tomorrow and can't afford to leave the truck behind for a fog light.

Anyone have this problem yet?
Anyone know where the fog light power comes from? Or what fuse they run on?

I'm thinking it's either 2 fuses, one for each side, or it's a control module somewhere that's blow.

Any feedback is appreciated. I'll be sure to let the ford mechanics know how to fix their own truck once I get back lol.

I'll need all the lights I can get where i'm going. I don't intend to change the factory wiring yet though.
I'm hoping that someone may point me in a direction i haven't checked yet in the hopes i can fix it. If need be, i will take it in later; but hopefully I can find the problem before then.

Default Have you check the windshield washer fluid?

Check the windshield washer fluid to see if it's low. 10/10 foglight bulbs burnt out due to low washer fluid.

It doesn't look like the fog lights are on a dedicated fuses. I would assume that the fog lights are powered through one of the body control modules but this is just a guess. On my 2010 the high beams and fog lights had dedicated fuses.

Are you absolutely certain its not the bulb? You stated there was 14v to the bulb, it sounds like its just burned out.

Okay just switched the fog lights around from the working side to not working side and it's the same thing the driver side no power and the passenger side has power.
