Why would the current F150 have a one-piece driveshaft version and a two-piece driveshaft version. Is that based upon RWD/2WD for one piece and 4WD for two piece.

What are the lengths of the vehicles in question?

Good question, I was referencing bell techs lowering kit and it mentions about if two piece driveshaft you must move driveshaft coupler (i believe that is what it was called) to a different location. Only config I am interested in is the Reg Cab short bed.
