Door panels pulled for speakers and this left behind (Pic)

On mine, the + looking finger is the forward alignment pin for the door panel, and takes a squishy foam "washer" for lack of better term, not the rubber bumpers. I remember seeing the rubber bumpers (pictured) installed onto the interior of the door itself.

I installed these speakers yesterday in my 2018 regular cab. I looked at the 6x9 speakers on Crutchfield's site and these had almost a full 5 star rating. They were $79 and Crutchfield threw in the mounting adapters and wiring adapters free along with emailing me instructions to remove the door panel. It was truly plug and play. When I first listened to them I thought they were light on bass but in no time they loosened up and have great bass now. I highly recommend these speakers.
