Door/body fitment issue.

Door/body fitment issue.
Just bought this '15 XLT SuperCab last week and I noticed the odd panel fitment. It's never been in an accident, and the differences seem most pronounced at the top of the rear doors. Is this normal for the aluminum trucks?

Welcome to the club. Do your doors shake and make noise? If you haven't noticed it yet, they probably do. Mine goes into a body shop in the next few weeks, but I'm not holding out any hope.

Hey it don't mean nothing'. It's just a truck Unfortunately, this is all too common. Worst panel alignment of any mass produced vehicle in the world, IMHO. It existed in the last gen and continues in this one. It's a crap shoot when buying an F150. Quantity before Quality.

No the doors seem to seal ok, they don't allow any stray noise in unless I'm fighting a good headwind, you can hear that from time to time. I have noticed an ever ever so slight jiggle noise over bumps that sounds like the rear door seal is rubbing against the front, but it's so very subtle that it's hardly noticeable. Other than these little things, I absolutely love this truck, great fuel economy for a full size, tons of power, and just an almost silent ride...

Same alignment and door rattling problems here too. Doors sound like they move independent of the body when hitting bumps. I also have air leakage through my driver's door. They aligned the doors after I bought it which helped a lot of the wind noise, but they say they can't adjust them anymore.
I'm just happy I'm one year into my two year lease... I'm either trading it or Ford is getting it back at the end of the lease.
