Very nice looking leather. Hi-5 to you for having the patience and diligence to install it yourself and see it through. Hopefully everything will be great from here on out with your truck. Are you going to be nervous the first time you take it up for an oil change or are you just going to do it yourself?

No biggie. Truth is I said it was a Lariat piece in my original post. But when I replied to post that said Laramie I replied with the Laramie term as well. I did edit that after your post. No harm done. I can take criticism when deserved

Looks really good. The matching colors you picked make it look extremely unique!

Looks good much better than cloth! Golf clap to you for taking on this project, I sure wouldn't have had the patience. Out of curiosity why not just buy a Lariat rather than spending the money and time to change it to leather?

The leather didn't actually cost me anything. And if I did in fact buy the leather kit it still would be way cheaper to do it this way as opposed to just buying a lariat model.

Where did you get the lariat console lid?

Ford parts dept. found a lariat on the lot and used its vin bunker for the color code that matched my trucks interior color

Great job on the project, looks super and who knows you may have saved yourself untold additional headaches by doing it yourself. Given the fact that the other people fixing your previous issues were only concerned about their job and not your truck.

Looks great. I really like the two colours, contrasts nicely and gives it a unique look.
You should be proud of the job, you are braver and have more patience then me. Although after seeing your pics, you never know, I might be able to convince myself to tackle a job like this.

I'm curious if you've noticed any difference in the comfort of the leather vs the cloth?
