Default do not ask ford to stand behind there trucks

my truck has been in and out of my dealer 7 times this year alone and out of service for me a total of 61 days so far and waiting to go back in again. the problem is it keeps blowing out blend door motors in my dash so I loose heat sometimes on drivers side or then no defrost and then no ac vent flow .this started mid winter this year and I made so many phone calls to ford and spoke to my case manger with no help .they do not care !! I was told by them to take it to another dealer and that new dealer refused to make me a appointment , they said the other dealer started it let them finish it . this truck is under warranty I would think any dealer is suppose to do warranty work .I would have liked to have a different tech look at it maybe they will see something the 1st dealer missed they refused to make a appointment . I called ford again today to complain that this different dealer refused me and there response was try another dealer maybe you may have to drive a little farther, are they kidding me ,I have a truck I can not use on bad weather days it becomes very unsafe when the windows ice up or fog up when you suddenly lose you defrost on the windshield. so fast forward I receive the truck back last week and the dealer claimed the windshield was leaking on the body control module from day 1 and that was the problem all along!!. they found that out after the newest recall that came out on 8/31/18 about fire proofing the b pillar for seat belt spark the can happen in a accident. they saw water on the body control module and some inside it . so they replace the windshield ,body control module, blend door motor again , and did the recall they claimed it was fixed this time, so 4 days later no defrost again every thing is stuck just like day 1 last winter. so do you think ford corporate would send some one down and solve the problem . they told me to go up the chain with my service manger. this dealer has had 61 days on and off this year to fix the problem and they can not find the problem I tried to take it to another dealer they refused and ford customer service does not care. I wonder if Chevrolet or Ram treats people like this. just in case anybody needs to know the truck is a 2016 f150 lariat with a 501a package. this might be my last ford, my friends and family drive fords and can not believe how ford is treating this case.

Made this a little easier to read. Good Luck!
