#101
Just had katzkins instslles and it appears that I have the lumbar support issue. It’s weird on the factory cloth I was fine sears get awesome but I got greedy cause I wanted leather and messed up a good thing. So I am gonna try this fix to see if there is any relief. The installer said everything was good. I just don’t understand. The seat sucks ***** now. Cloth was awesome compared to this

White clip digging in my back?
What is that white clip pictured there? It’s digging Into my back, I was able to get my hand back there & slide it down which definitely helped, but it’s killing me, can I somehow remove it?

Neither should be a problem if you unhook the green one.

Is there a video on how to do the mod? Also does this help to where your body is further back into the seat? I feel as if I am on the edge of the seat sometimes. I really noticed it when I drove my dad's tundra bc the seat bottom comes to the back of my calves while the ford it's literally 3 to4 inches away

If you find you still can't follow the photos/directions, then I recommend finding a friend that has some mechanical inclination.
We here on the forum are just fellow truck owners taking time out to pass along tips. If a friend can't help, perhaps sell the truck or live with it.

Can't help you with a video, but like has been mentioned, its not that hard to do. I followed the instructions mentioned here and it went fine. Like some others I did mangle my hands a bit, but that is normal for me as I usually get inpatient (too many things to do in one day, never enough time) and that leads to abusing my hands. If you took your time and were careful with your hands I'm sure it can be done without getting a bunch of small cuts.
