Default Disabled seatbelt alarm but...

when auto starting truck it resets again to going off again. Can't stand that I have to buckle up then engage the start button to drive off. I mean I'm already buckling up every time. Any thoughts?

Maybe you can explain what you're talking about a little better. I don't understand what you're saying happens.

Sorry it's the disgust that I have had with the darn chime.

I have disabled the seatbelt chime from the manual (page 40)
'Deactivating and Activating the Belt-Minder Feature'

But when I autostart the truck due to freezing weather recently, I get into the truck and hold the brake and hit the start button and then the chime starts for me to buckle up. If I get in and buckle up first then hold the brake and hit the start, you can figure out that no chime engages.

Do you have a '16? My 15 doesn't do that.

Maybe try the procedure again

Turn up the radio real loud....No more chime...

Or hit the remote start again before you get in to turn the truck off. Then turn it on again once you get in and buckle up.

Buckle up. Baffles me that Ford even allows you to turn off the chime...
