Designing Raptor style Fender Flares to fit Late model F-150 - Chime in!!

Hello everyone, we are starting to work on Raptor style Fender Flares for Late model F-150 (2015-up), we are looking for community feedback on what size or style you would like to see on your F-150. The design process for these fender flares is already under way with 3D modeling and we'll 3D print the first prototypes once the design gets dialed in. Bellow are some of the renders we have worked on so far (flares on the renders are 2 inches wide)

We'd love to hear your thoughts on this project, any comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated :)
Stay tuned for updates!

Looks like what I have on my truck.

I thought there were differences in the 2018+ front end that made it so flares from 15 don't work. So this is intended for 15-17 only?

How about a Raptor style hood with vent to fit standard fenders?

Thanks for your interest in our products! We have big plans for the future and we are working hard to give you a whole line of accessories for the f150, hoods are one of them ;)

Well since you are asking ;), I really only have two major requests for 2018+ Raptor Style flares that I feel others may really appreciate as well:

First is to have enough front coverage and width to line up nicely with an OEM Raptor bumper, on a non-Raptor F-150 (so that mean's ~2.75-3" of coverage for the front fender flares, rear would be fine at ~2.25-2.5" since the front tapers in a bit, exactly how much I'm not sure, but I'm guessing you all could figure that out with your CAD models).

Example, here is my non-Raptor 2018 with a Raptor bumper, you can see Bushwacker got it very close in how well their Max-Coverage flares line up with the wider, Raptor bumper, the bumper is still maybe a 1/4" wider than the flares I currently have on.

As an example, this is 2015-2017 with an OEM Raptor bumper and regular Bushwacker fender flares, you can see the flares are about an inch shy of matching the width of the Raptor bumper.

Second, I really prefer when the fender flares mesh with the body lines, or in this case the "creases" these F-150s have in the fenders and bedsides. I really think Roush and maybe Tuscany have been the only developers to create a fender flare that really "fits" this crease, and of course their designs are proprietary and you pretty much have to buy the truck from them to get the fender flares. So, I think the height needs to accomodate and either meet this "crease" or cover it like my bushwacker max-coverage flares do. If I had choice I would suggest having them mesh with the crease or fit just below the crease, similar to how the stock Raptor fenders and flares look.

Here's an example of flares that I think are too "short". To me, the flares look about 2" too short, looks unfinished to me.

Now, here are a few pictures of Tuscany's fender flares, which I think fit about perfect in terms of height and meshing with the body "creases" on the 2015+ F-150.

Ultimately, I think the best bet for an Aftermarket Raptor Style Fender Flare for 2015-2017, and especially 2018+, is a flare that is wide enough to accommodate an OEM Raptor Bumper, and also tall enough to properly mesh with the F-150s body lines. If you can hit on both of those aspects, you'll sell more Raptor Style flares than any other producer. These other brands are attempting to do a Raptor style bumper and fender flares but I don't think that's necessary. 2017+ OEM Raptor take-off bumpers are super cheap and they fit the lines of the 2018+ front end really well (it really doesn't look too bad on that 2015-2017 I posted above either.), so naturally, people are going to try and use those, and of course this is only my opinion here, but I really think the OEM bumper looks better than most of these "Raptor Style" bumpers that are floating around. Pair that bumper with a properly fitting set of Fender flares and you have a completely new truck.

If you decide to proceed with the above suggestions, please sign me up! I want a set for sure!

Also, completely different animal here, but still an untapped market IMO, someone needs to produce a, one piece, 2018+ upper bumper valance for those wanting to go full Raptor hood, fenders, bumper, bedsides, but still maintain the 2018 headlights and grille.

This one gets to be a little more involved though because the fitment at the hood and grille is still off just slightly but if it were mine, i could live with it.

Here's a 2018+ non-Raptor F-150 with Raptor OEM fenders, hood, and bumper with the stock valance for example, if only someone made that piece to accommodate the Raptor fenders....
