The good news is that in 2014, the F-150 ranks #1 with regard to its American-Made index.

That does make me proud, especially if Ford can maintain the same quality in the new F150s that I've always experienced in my family's past trucks.

My girlfriend (and future wife) is from Detroit, and all of her family is still there. And, I'm from the KC area, with my dad's family still there. So I have strong ties to both plant areas. I am hopeful that my truck comes from Claycomo, since it's just down the road from where my dad grew up.

I can not believe how big Claycomo is. I was there at July shutdown and between the Truck Plant and the Transit Plant that place is unbelievably large.

My 2013 is from the claycomo plant and it has been rock solid so far...

I always like seeing pictures of the KR interior in natural light...helps with my decision process on exterior color. Thanks!

That woodgrain is simply stunning. Looks like a much higher quality.
