Dealer service department is crazy.

Bring my 2016 f150 3.5 EB to dealer service department in the morning, my truck vibrate on idle and my head liner is loose.
Thisafternoon they told me the idle vibration is made by my Fox coilover and my dashcamera made my head liner loose. WTF, I asked him how can the coilover vibrate itself. Guess what, they told me "you should ask Fox".
Should I file a complaint on BBB, or there are some better ways?

Were the previous trips to the dealer over the vibration issue made before the fox coilovers were installed? If so, that should be a pretty quick way to rule them out on timing alone. As for the dash camera, routing power typically requires interaction with the headliner. If the front of the headliner is loose and an aftermarket installation involving the headliner occurred, they may not be unreasonable to suspect the aftermarket item may have caused the issue.

Service advisors make "diddly squat" on small warranty repairs. They make BIG $$ on their 4x4 service "packages" that they'll service everything on your truck when it only needs an oil dump and fill. Most are good guys and take the good with the bad - others just don't want to see you and ask you to move on. This number is VERY small, but they exist.
