Angry Dealer service department is crazy.

Bring my 2016 f150 3.5 EB to dealer service department in the morning, my truck vibrate on idle and my head liner is loose.
Thisafternoon they told me the idle vibration is made by my Fox coilover and my dashcamera made my head liner loose. WTF, I asked him how can the coilover vibrate itself. Guess what, they told me "you should ask Fox".
Should I file a complaint on BBB, or there are some better ways?

Sure, this is my third time went to dealer. Every time they said they did not find anything. Now they told me it's not engine vibration, Fox coilover vibrate itself.

Is there any way to confirm the dealer is mod friendly before I go there?

If they sell new trucks with mods or mod packages, chances are they will be okay with them.

Fingers crossed, hope they find something that is an easy fix and that Ford warranties it!

Good luck!
