Irrelevant in this case. He added aftermarket lift, wheels and tires. Ford no longer owes him the time to hunt down a vibration.

This is true. The LT tires that came on mine had a nasty vibration, the left front tire needed a 1/2 pound of weight. Dealer replaced the tire.

Only if a competent operator does it. If not done properly, they can easily get it wrong, hence 1/2 pound of lead.

If you no longer have vibrations when it's back to stock, then they won't do anything to help you.
This,bang on^^

Same reason why my Platinums stock, will stay that way and only the Ford dealer touches it (oil changes etc) so if anything happens,I'm holding all the cards and they are holding none.

Sure, after doing mods/own maintenance,if anything fails they have to prove it was caused by something you did,but even if they in the end cover the failure, they will not make the process easy for you, make you jump through a thousand hoops, and drag you through hell.
IMO these vehicles cost way too much money to be rolling dice on possibly voiding your warranty.I myself love and appreciate a factory effort/what the engineers design in factory form. But if your not and your a dice roller, give er.
I know that's probably not what your looking to hear, just voicing my philosophy.

And I agree, the vibration is probably caused by the said mods, thinking it's not is just you not wanting to believe it.
All the best in getting the issue sorted out and I hope you come out on top.Good luck.

Can you tell if worse front or rear? Try moving tires around or take back to where you got them and have them look at them.

Basically what I am saying is that your honest opinion doesn't mean anything and it just that, nothing more than an opinion.
Saying that because from the second after installing it and for 1500 or so miles it was smooth as glass with it installed. You're right I'm not an engineer but leveling a truck is as old as time.

I have the vibration and my dealer said it was because of my tires and exhaust together making it vibrate. ( Magnaflow 19080)

I disagree that they're using it as an 'easy out' -- tracking some type of a driveline vibration that occurs on these trucks is clearly a nightmare. We literally have guys that have replaced tires, re-balanced tires, replaced and / or re-balanced driveshafts - and even a couple that are considering custom-made driveshafts.
Having aftermarket rims and a lift kit severely complicates an already-complicated issue in my opinion. Return it to stock and they'll work with you.

Tires can change characteristics within 1500 miles. It's fairly common to have a tire that's out of spec shortly after installation. Most vehicles have suspensions that can overcome small discrepancies, but as mentioned, F150 shocks suck.

I have done "X" pattern tire rotations and had vibration issues because the tires wore in going one direction. Changed to a same side front to back rotation and all is good.
