Dealer advertised price was a mistake, won’t honor

You have no proof it was not a mistake.
The BBB is not a government agency. They are just a mediating and reporting group. If the dealer doesn't belong to the BBB they will not get involved.

They didn't lure you to the dealership and try to sell you something else, so it isn't a case of bait and switch. It was an honest mistake. As soon as you contacted them, they told you it was a mistake and told you what the correct price was. Let this one go.

I can’t believe you’re asking this. People make mistakes. How would you feel if you were selling a vehicle and you asked someone in your family to advertise it, they listed the wrong price, and there was a law that forced you to sell it for that price?
Car dealerships advertise prices they don’t stand by all the time. A dealership her in SC had a new 2014 Ram listed for $23000 on their Website. When I stopped to look at it the sticker had $31000. I inquired about the price difference and they said they’d honor the internet price if I paid full price for the accessories listed on their add on sticker. That brought the price almost back to the full sticker price. If that wasn’t bad enough, there were many items listed as “Deleted” on the vehicle sticker that were on the add on sticker.
