I don’t see why people get offended on saving a little bit more money than others. I don’t have an issue letting this one go. I honestly don’t see why I would still have to pay over sticker on Someone’s mistake. These raptors are everywhere and will be hugely depreciated very soon. If I can pay 10% off sticker I would buy a raptor.

You are apparently not looking for opinions, but really want concurrence with your opinion. That will be sparse on here.

A business can refuse to sell something to someone for any reason including a printed price as long as it's not discrimination. So unless you can prove they didn't want to sell it to you because of your age, race, religion, gender, etc. then you don't have a case. Also, this type of thing happens alot in retail. A misprinted price in an advertisement and all they do is post a notice next to the product that there was a mistake in the advertisement.

OP:

You just simply need to try a few different dealers and try and negotiate a price you can live with. You're wasting everyone's time including your own.

I don’t mind opinions at all. Pretty much every opinion thus far has yet to conclude any official law in Texas stating they don’t have to honor price mistake advertised. All i hear is let it go. Which I can and will. Just like to know who else has made a deal happen.

your right I’ll move on to the next dealer. Seems like everyone is getting a little frustrated on this topic.

Did I miss the part where you had the original price offered to you in writing from the dealer?

I have flagged many a car online that were listed as manual transmission, when obviously only have an auto. I understand some try to push an auto with manual mode as a "manual" but it isn't. 2 Pedals, it's an auto. Sorry man. Clear bait/switch.

Funny I found a Shelby Raptor listed for $63... I sent off and email asking if I could have that and any others they had. They politely said sorry it is a mistake. Considering they had it less than a regular Raptor I was pretty sure it wasn't going to be mine. It was even a great color.... No I don't really like them for the initial price but for that price that is a killer deal. Drive for 3 years and make money :-) Mistakes happen at least they corrected it and didn't have you come in person to tell you it wasn't so!!
