It is a deal but it won't have the 10 speed or 2nd gen 3.5 EcoBoost and will be 2 years old soon.

My sticker is 52. 17 Screw, 3.5 eco, 302a, 6.5 box, max tow, tailgate step, rear wheel liners. 45,800 out the door. Price includes dealer adding line-x liner, and catskin leather. Ok deal?

Not horrible, but I think you can do about $2000 to 2500 better, even given the leather and spray in liner, given the numbers on similar trucks in the 'tell us your under invoice paid' thread. Start at post #3349 and read it all from there if you have the time; it will take you a while but you will be better equipped to save some big $$$.
