Dash Rattle on Startup

Unhappy Dash Rattle on Startup

I have a 2018 F-150 XLT SCREW 3.5EB with 10k miles. I've started to hear a loud rattle that seems to be coming from behind the gauge cluster towards the windshield. It only happens when starting the truck cold and for the first 5 minutes of driving then goes away. I've tried adding felt tape around the trim near the gauge cluster as well as adding felt/weather stripping around the cowl on the outside of the truck. Didn't help. Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea what it could be? I don't really want to take it in to the dealer and have them tear apart the dash as that would probably lead to more rattles!

If you want to have a look for yourself it's real easy to pull the cluster out, here's a video I made on the process if you want to try:
