Go to the sticky at the top of the 2015 to present page and click on FORscan enable and disable features on your vehicle.

It appears this can be enabled/disabled via Forscan and the ODB interface -

Do a little reading over in this thread... not sure if there is a way to easily toggle it without being always in "dark mode" upon changing the settings in the computer...
