hub installed here and CarPlay works, downfall when I was pulling i yanked out the blue cable from the power connector and now can't get it back in :P

Is the blue cable just a ground because i still have the lighting etc

Blue is a ground and not a must for the lights though. When they bring out the real upgrade I'll just upgrade but till then can I live without the blue wire

A 2016 with sync2???? Seriously? I thoughtin 2016 all of the sync setups were sync3, especially in a Lariat. Hmmm

The screens are different. Both have to be replaced. No surprise that a 16 built for export has SYNC 2.
