It actually is, just only shows up for Lincolns in PTS. This is the official update, our vehicles just haven't been flagged in the system for it yet.

Just did the non-nav update, no issues doing either part and it told me it was complete and to remove the USB drive. Shut off the truck, about five minutes later got back in and installed the second part, again no issues.

Android Auto is installed and working, but under the current version it still shows V1. Has anyone else encountered this?

It needs to be powered down for a bit before it will show.

Try a master reset then. You obviously are using AA so its loaded.
