anyone using my link? curious how the speeds are

Speeds look great from my end, d/l would take 20min on a 50mb connection.

 

I keep seeing that for carplay to work one needs to buy a new hub. But if that update is only used for Android Auto (don't have Apple products) can the dealer still levy that requirement?

I'm using that link. It's running about 300 k/sec. I was going to install it while driving tomorrow anyway so the speed works fine.

I tried one of the dropbox links but it shut down on me about a minute before it could finish downloading.

 

I've wondering if I have a glitch or if this is just how it is; When I have CarPlay active and return to the Sync screen there are Menu choices added to the Sync menu for Maps & CarPlay. The "CarPlay" selection takes me to the Main CarPlay screen and the "Maps" selection takes me to the Apple Map. OK - so far.
When I have Android Auto active, the Sync Screen adds "Map" & "Android Auto" choices to the Bottom menu -BUT when I select the "Maps" choice, I just get the main Android Auto screen. I get the same when "Android Auto" is selected.
This is on the "Beta" 2.2 Non Nav version I got from jm061

Can anyone tell me if it's the same on theirs?

 

Non Nav is out for testing now. Hopefully wont be too long before hearing back on it.
