Has anyone else noticed that the exterior temp takes FOREVER to update on V 2.2? I'm talking minutes instead of the seconds that it took on V 1.0
I wish there was an option to have AA use the truck's external temp sensor vice the Google feed too. Here in Anchorage, that feed is from Ted Stevens Int'l Airport which is always about 10-15 degrees colder than where my house is in Upper Hillside.

Two questions:
1. I thought the heated seat controls were supposed to show up on the screen? Mine aren't.
2. I also thought the heated steering wheel was supposed to show levels instead of the single button? Mine is the same single on/off display.
Did I just mis-read?

I have Sync 3 v2.2 and the USB hub. CarPlay works, but I'm not too excited about it.
I connect my phone via BT and USB to the hub. I also connect an iPod which serves as my audio source most of the time. I've encountered a new problem on v2.2:
Listening to iPod audio
BT call/audio comes in from phone
When BT audio concludes, the audio source switches to FM
I don't like this. It bothers me. Is anyone else seeing this?

I have a 2016 xlt non nav, downloaded the non-nav 2 part file, 1st part loaded fine, 2nd part had this message;"Installation failed" error message. "The installation has run out of space or does not work with this version." Ive tries both part 1 & 2 and get the same message! Any idea's, tried 2 different brand usb drives.

I have 16' with navigation. I upgraded sync3 to 2.2 from 1.0. Now when I press the call button it doesn't switch to the phone screen anymore. Is this normal operation?
I also added heated & cooled seat icons to the screen with forscan. I did revert to factory settings with forscan. I want to make sure this is normal with v. 2.2 or if I caused a problem. Thanks in advance.

reformat the second thumb drive and make sure it is formatting in fat32 and 4096 sectors. I ran into this problem and that was the culprit. I reinserted the second thumb drive and it went ahead and finished the loading. When you buy thumb drives new they are formatted to 64bit per sector, and that will not work. Richard
