Default Current and future 2018 rebates and selling price?

With the 18s coming out, what do you guys think the future rebates over the next few months will be, and are there any now?

Also, it seems like the 17s are typically selling 12% below MSRP in addition to rebates. What do you think the 18s will be over the next few months.

Do do you think the 17 rebates will get any better?

Don't expect the 18's to be heavily discounted until this time next year. The 17's may or may not get bigger rebates. it'll depend on what the remaining inventory is at the time.

I agree. I also don't think that the 2018 rebates this time next year will be as much as the 2017 rebates are now as there likely won't be any significant changes to the 2019 models.

I think that the 2017 rebates have almost topped out. They could get a bit better but they could also stay the same. I don't think they will drop.

Are you a first responder? Because last year at Labor day the Police,Fire, and Military discount jumped from $500 to $2000 last year.

Good to know. Was that for more than one year model, or just the 2016 models at the time? Usually big incentive $ is not for the just released year model.

Rebate for 2016 currently at $7,000. While 2017 is at $5,500. I was going for lease deal on 2017. Turned out the 2018 was 30 bucks more for more loaded XLT with less rebate. Of course, I went with 2018. If the Inventory for 2017 is still overstocked in couple of months. Ford will do something to get rid of them. But I think that is unlikely. All 5 dealers near me are running out of nicely loaded 2017's and left with bare 2017's.

I'm looking at ordering a new '18 here in Canada. I can get our best offer(employee pricing) and a small delivery allowance. Ends up being roughly 10K or so off a new Platinum
