I drove around with nothing on the rear for awhile and ended up going with the older 4x4 decals. I like them better than the ones on the 15s and up.

no stickers

with the 4x4 on from a 2014 model

I did not like the sport 4x4 at all but that is just me. The "4x4" was just too small on that truck.

I also left my front fender f150 badges on and painted them a matte black/metallic to match the truck. They have held up great for over a year until someone started peeling one of the sides to see what it was made of and I had to take it off to reveal the chrome under it. Now I have one side chrome and one painted until I can get my 2 spare f150 badges painted and put back on.

with the plasti coat on it

No offense intended! There is no logic in personal feelings or taste. Whatever floats our boats.

I an not offended, lol. I am just as proud of my truck as any enthusiast. The badges have nothing to do with pride is all I was saying. I am glad we all have different tastes, it's refreshing to see new, unique ideas executed.

I don’t like the red in the FX4 sticker on a ruby red truck so I ordered a all gray FX4 sticker to replace it. Should go well with the gun metal gray stock wheels. Now time for more beer!

Removed my "FX4" decal from the rear the day I got it. Ordered an OEM FX4 Badge/Emblem that went on the tailgate instead. Much cleaner in my opinion.

Also, pulled those "BlindSpot Radar" decals off my taillights IMMEDIATELY. I dont mind badging/emblems, but decals on a vehicle are no bueno for me personally.

Do you have any pics of the badge?

I’ll try and snag a pic tomorrow on the way to turkey day with the family. Hopefully I remember to post! Looks super clean and am happy with the addition of the badge and removal of decal. Tons of Aftermarket badges still floating around but HARD to find a OEM Ford Badge. It was off of a 03’ Explorer Lift Gate I believe?

Told the dealer he better remove the decals as a condition of buying he truck. No problem. This week I switched out the dealer plate holders for stainless steel ones too.
