Weighing in at 5060lbs according to industrial truck scale near me. This includes about 20 gallons of gas at 6.183lbs per gallon.
So total curb weight of: 4936lbs for my 2016, 4x4 Screw, XLT 302a, 3.5L TT, 5.5 bed, empty.
(and yes I'm sure the scale is not 100% to the pound accurate.)

If you look at the Ford specifications online, the curb weight is listed as "Base Curb Weight". It explains why there are so many questions about scale accuracy when weighing a vehicle. Base curb weight does include a full tank of gas, fluids and no passengers.

The curb weight of a vehicle is the "Base Curb Weight" for that model (i.e. Ford F150, Supercrew, 2WD or 4WD and all base options. It does not include optional features like bigger wheels, panoramic moon roof, factory installed bedliners or tonneaus, etc.

Might be splitting hairs, but let's put all the terms out there for accuracy sake... as described I state "curb weight" (no additional or aftermarket equipment other than that which Ford shipped to the dealer, not even a bed liner yet but will soon), not "base-curb-weight", which is a different term. Many sources confuse these as interchangeable. (Also I'm corrected in that curb weight should have full tank)
Ford uses the terms "minimum vehicle base curb weight", "shipping weight", "gross weight", etc. Here's an example I quickly found of how they express "base curb weight"... http://www.ford.com/trucks/f150/specifications/ scroll to:
...Min Vehicle Base Curb Weight - 4x4 4,305 lbs...
In our segment of auto, we take it a step further during alignment and set up and add the terms:
"as it sits" = as is, in any present form
"dirty" vs. "clean"
and the term "from the factory" in place of curb weight.

Weighed in today at 5580 with a full 36 gal fuel tank. Truck only, no passengers. My work vehicle (Explorer Police Interceptor AWD) was 5120 with all equipment on board, so likely less than 5K factory curb weight.

Interesting, your about 70 lb heavier than my truck and not even full. You don't have the HD Payload Package by chance?

The way Ford calculates payload is they calculate the weight of the truck then add 1% (for tolerance stack) and subtract from GVWR and then round down (unless it's exactly a 10 lb. Increment) to the nearest 10 lb.
Example:
Est. Weight 4703 lb
1% 47.03 lb
Adjusted Weight 4750.3 lb
6500 GVWR -- 4750.3. = 1749.7 lb
Payload Sticker 1740 lb
My 6500 GVWR truck scales 4740 lb with full tank on a CAT Scale and has a 1710 lb Payload Sticker.
Example:
Est. Weight 4703 lb
1% 47.03 lb
Adjusted Weight 4750.3 lb
6500 GVWR -- 4750.3. = 1749.7 lb
Payload Sticker 1740 lb

Here's mine. Like it says, minus 218lbs for me and 73 lbs for the aluminum I was hauling leaves 5489. That's with a full 36 gallon tank, so minus 298.8 (8.3lbs/gallon x 36) leaves 5190.2 lbs.

Gas weighs around 6.183lbs / gallon. It's also believed the payload sticker already includes a full tank.

I believe I screwed up the formula. I believe I got the order off and it should be:
Base Truck Weight
+1%
Round up to nearest 10 lb (same as rounding payload down).
Add options weight
Subtract from GVWR
It works with all the GVWR, curb weights and payloads in the Ford Spec Book anyway.
At any rate you will find Ford leaves a roughly 50 lb cushion between calculated weight, payload and GVWR.
Strange thing is there are 5 2015+ trucks among my buddies and every one has a payload sticker that ends with 0.
Of course Im going by Ford Data Book and it's not always trust worthy. It doesn't show a 3.15 as being available in a 8.8HD yet I looked at a Regular Cab 6.5 2WD 2.7EB with standard non-locking 3.15 and it most definitely had a 8.8.
