I recommend the clear lens protective film from Weather Tech. It's very thick and should provide good protection.

Same here. One about 1 in long. Other light about 1/4 in. Directly in front of bulb. They was not there at last washing. Apparently the heat/rain/cold on the trip I just came back from caused it. Not even going to bother taking in unless they get moisture behind them.

I went and checked mine and damn they have several horizontal cracks in them. I put the standard high beam bulb in them some time ago. I use them as driving lights they are always on when it's dark. I do live on a gravel road though.

Crack is pretty common if you run them every time your headlights are on. Cheap plastic gets too hot. Yay Ford quality!

Will Ford replace them? I have had a crack on my drivers side since a few weeks after I bought the truck.

I doubt Ford will, but a good dealer, maybe. But again, doubtful.

Wonder where ford has these made?
