So, I'm having an issue with posting video up to the site but to those of you that wanted to know what the Corsa full resonator delete kit sounds like with a 2.7 Ecoboost there are some good videos on Youtube. I can describe it as about 15-20% louder and deeper at start up, especially a cold start, but once the engine drops in revs it almost sounds stock at idle. When you rev it you can definitely hear the turbos. Only time I can actually hear the exhaust, windows up, is taking off from a dead stop but once I'm in 5th (10 speed) I can't hear anything from the back. To me it's the perfect amount of sound and tone compared to any cat-back I've heard video of (almost diesel like) without sounding like a turbo BMW with a cat back exhaust. If you have a 2.7 Ecoboost and you want some more sound without going too loud or farty, not to mention dropping $500-1000 on a cat back, then the $200 full resonator delete from Corsa is perfect. Install time was about 30 minutes. Hardest part was removing the stock resonator, once that is off it goes back together super easy. The kit also looks to be very well made and the welds looked great. Corsa does make 2 kits, one with a very small resonator and one with no resonator (on Stage3motorsports.com is was labeled as 5.0 and 3.5 Ecoboost but it does state you can use it on the 2.7 Ecoboost as well).
