Was just inside of a 2017 Ford explorer & no air coming out the back...The seat bottom did have air but it felt like my lariat before Tims fix...

My 2017 was built in May, and the seat bottom cools VERY well, even have to turn it down, but don't feel anything in the seat back.

My 2017 works very well too. On the back I can feel the cool air coming out from above the seam around my shoulders. I am 5' 8".

My 2015 was horrible. With my 2017 (that was built this month) I have to turn it down because it gets so cold on the seat bottom and back. So glad they seemed to have fixed this issue on the '17's.

it would be nice if they would do something to help those of us with 15s and 16s out, instead of saying "it's up to spec".

I 100% agree. The main reason I bought a Lariat in '15 was for the cooled seats. I probably only used them a handful of times and that was only until they started heating up. I can vouch that there is a major improvement in '17 though.
