Those of you with contact with Ford or any insiders know if Ford is going to expand this fix to other cars that experience the same design problem? There's a long thread going on about the Mustang but so far no information from Ford that they even acknowledge the design problem with the cooled seats in the new Mustang.

We bought a 15 mustang and a 15 f150, both same problems. I'm waiting until the local deaers are proficient with the seat coolers and also when it cools a bit to have mine done. I think I can swing a mustang repair by ordering two units even seperately and do the fix myself.

I sent Ford and my local dealership a certified return receipt letter stating the problems I have had with my truck (seats and ACC). I got a call from Ford and they are going to send a Ford Engineer out to look at the ACC problem the dealer can't fix. It might a long shot, but if you have the dealer try to fix your seat several times, then send the letter in, you might be able to get a Ford Engineer out to look at the Expedition seat. Then hopefully a light bulb will come on for them and they can get you fixed up.

Mine Bill Brown Ford has had my truck since I had it towed in on Monday told him about the TSB he looked it up on the computer, I told him to order the parts so they can fix the seats while it's there for all the other problems. Called me at 5:30 tonight to tell me maybe tomorrow they will be able to get my truck in the shop. I asked if he had ordered the parts for the seats,, he said no wants the tech to check first as maybe it's something else. Like a fool I has hopping my dealer wasn't going to be a dumba** like most of the others.. Again I was wrong !

I was planning on spending this week at the cottage,, not sitting here looking at my empty driveway.

Thank you XDsm you beat me to posting this exact question/link.

Can any of the F150 guys who worked directly with Ford or have a contact within Ford help us Mustang guys out? Its basically the exact same problem but i know the redesign will be slightly different and most if not all of us would be more than happy to have/let Ford take our cars if it would help expedite a fix.

Smells a little citrus-like to me.

That's not what I'm thinking this truck is starting to smell like.
