Cooling Seats issue and TSB feedback

I just heard back from my Ford Regional Service Manager and they have offered to give me a PremiumCare Extended Service Plan for free as a measure of goodwill. They have said that Ford is still working on a solution and I will be notified once a fix has been found.

I have made Ford Corp aware that my testing has show an intake snorkel only wont work, an exhaust tube only wont work, and both seems to help but not great.
I know something is in the works but not sure what. If they think programming it to pulse on/off will help they are dead wrong!

I wonder how they will respond to that. If possible I will ask them if I can record their answer on video.
If I bought a truck from a dealer/salesman that new the cooled seat didnt work and they didnt tell me and I found out about it, I would be super pissed! I think that would be good grounds for a lawsuit. Its like selling a house. Lying on the disclosure form is a big problem.

They were supposed to come pick it up at 830 this morning. I plan on calling them out on the ethics of this today. I want them to show me a working cooled seat in an F150 on their lot. If it works be like why cant mine work like that. If it doesn't ask them if they plan on selling them that way with a disclosure or hide it from the customer.

They finally came buy to pick up the truck to take it back for further testing. I asked my sales guy, Klark, what all is being done. He did not exactly but they are doing more testing. I ask if they are going to be able to fix it and Klark said he was not sure because Ford didnt have a fix yet. Klark also mention that a Ford dealership about 20 miles from where I live has a Ford mechanic on site that was sent there to trouble shoot the same problem.
This then prompted me to ask for documentation on all the tests that they have been run and what their plan is to fix things.
I didnt have time this morning but I am going to just drop by later and check out some cooled seats on other cars. Klark told me that all the other ones on the lot work. I was like, wow I would like to know what that feels like. I further told him that I would be really pissed if I ever found out that he sold me the truck knowing there was a seat problem without even telling me.
I think I would probably have still bought the truck if I knew there was a problem and was confident that Ford knew and fix was being implemented. I probably would not have bought the truck knowing that Ford has not acknowledged the seat problem.
I guess there is a reason why car salesman get a bad reputation. I would hate to get a lawyer in the mix too.

There is no honesty amongst thieves! LOL! At this point, Ford is in field troubleshooting test mode! I doubt very seriously, that there are any seats anywhere that are working correctly!
This is s HUGE issue for them! Not a safety issue, but a line malfunction issue that impacts every single unit made and sold with this option!

I see this being a really big pain in the *** to fix, considering the F150 is the #1 vehicle selling in america in 2014 and probably 2015 I can only imagine the wait to fix ALL of these vehicles :/

I already have the 25 maintenance visits covered and the extended warranty. When I bought the truck I wanted it covered for as long as possible. My last car I had 11 years. I was hoping/planning to have this truck that long. Not sure what the Ford Rep could give me for free. The extended service plan is already bought.
Suggestions of what I should ask for then? Free tires for life of the truck? A gas card in the amount of the service plan they are giving away to some people?
Here is a real stretch of what I might want....A working cooled seat! Ha...joking but not joking.
