Yes, the lower the ambient the better my non-TSB seats work. I also can hear the TEDs when in operation. Generally, pretty loud for the first couple of seconds and then they slow down.

My concern of the TSB was the effect it had on heater performance and carelessness of techs doing the job. It also doesn't fully address the issue like Tim's fix does.

I agree Ford should have fixed the seats, but there are many people who are not happy with the results of the TSB.

Why try to argue about the fact my seats are working great without having to put plastic tubing into my seats and spend $200. It it so hard to believe someone did thier job and did it correctly.

Not arguing man just trying to understand what is making your seats "work"

at least post up a copy of the work order, so people can see the parts used.

I have been in my seat back since having the TSB done. It was done as seen in figure 4. I moved the sock to the other side of the "belt" (red arrow). It seemed like it didn't pinch the sock shut as much. It might have all been psychological but it felt like there was minimal improvement,

So if it's done correctly and now everthing is working great what's the issue?

So may I ask how many have got the TSB and motors replaced and it doesn't work.

And I'll ask to see your work orders to see that it was done by the dealership and don't work.

I started with regular seats (no TSB), then got TSB installed by Ford Engineer (first TSB installed nation wide), then got a new set of seats installed that already had the TSB installed.

So far none of the factory seats have been able to sustain the cooling effect for longer periods of time. Roughly half or the people that have ordered parts from me have ordered just the exhaust to add to their TSB because they do not feel the TSB Sock made change.

If you are happy with the TSB sounds great. No need to ridicule the guys that spent money to upgrade their performance. If you want to ridicule people don't forget to go over to the Hellwig thread and post in there too.
