I know its hard to tell in cold parts of the country, but even if the seats were just as good as the 2013 Id happily buy the kit.
Please PM me with feedback or post here if possible. Thanks in advance guys!

It may be a couple months to know for sure if the seat cooling works well, however I used the heat this evening and the seat got hot both bottom and back. The seats did not heat up that good before so here's to hoping the cooling will also be much improved.

You did the double kit right? Intake and exhaust.

Just left the Ford dealership where I was told the A/C front Seats only cool on the bottom and not at all on the back.. Was told it is working as designed. Any truth to this statement?

Ask them why they are lying to you. Then ask them why the there is a Thermal Electric Device (TED) sometimes called a blower in the back of the seat.

Still questioning it? Here is a picture of the TED and crappy sock Ford made to try and help it cool.

Yes and no! There is cooling designed into the seat back, but as designed it doesn't work.

But you can get Tim's kits and fix it yourself.

Then for laughs go back to your dealer and complain that the seat backs are getting cold and that they said they were not to get cold and for them to fix it.

My install has been completed. I found it easier to use a heat gun to warm the tubing where I needed to place the bends. Overall it was not difficult, I made it through the first seat without a scratch but my finger found a sharp edge on the second seat which resulted in blood leakage. I can see how a Ford mechanic would f up the zippers, the key is to take your time obviously they don't. My post install thought- I would buy the kit, Ford will not get this fixed on the 15 or 16's they blew it- period.

Intake-

Exhaust-
