Thanks everyone for your positive wishes.....I have more confidence in my heart surgeon doing a simple single bypass (Artery from chest not leg) than I have in many mechanics across the dealer spectrum cutting the seats correctly or not breaking a zipper during the TSB.....LOL.
Seriously, Tuesday is my big day and hopefully out after 3-5 days....I am betting on 3-4.....

On another note, Planet Ford Humble service department took 3.5 days to complete the TSB. Seems excessive, but they did provide a loaner truck.

So had anybody had their cooling repaired in the Dallas area and noticed a difference? I bought my truck at Westway and the buying experience was great, but they have to have the WORST service department. They have had my truck longer than I have since I bought it. They just can't seem to figure anything out. They love to tell me that "that's normal" or "that's how it's supposed to be."

Took my truck in this morning for a scheduled appt to get the cooling seat tsb and hard downshift tsb done. Just got a call from my service writer to tell me that the parts they order for the tsb are now the wrong parts because Ford has updated them. Has anyone encountered this yet? Or is he just b**s**ing me because they ordered the wrong part?
He also said they would check around with other dealers in the area to see if they had the parts. I told him they probably didn't since they were on national backorder!! So now I will have to take it back in in a couple weeks when they get the correct parts. Grrrrr

This seems to be the normal way they do it. Taking mine in Monday for a second try on getting the right parts installed.
