Been offline for a while due to a heart attack...but trying to use our Ford
contacts to the bring communications shortfalls to right Ford team's attention.....will post back with progress...hopefully soon...nice to be back!!!

Good news, parts ordered for the cooling issue and parts to fix seat bottoms. Not enough padding in the seat bottoms, my seats are wrinkled badly after just 3,500 miles.

What fix do they have for the seat bottoms? Mine are wrinkled as well, have been since the first time I sat on them.

We all need the info on the seat bottoms foam.... And what is more foam going to do to the bottoms cooling and heating? Please!!!
