So Ford's cooled seats are SUPPOSED to freeze your *** and burn your back?
Gotta love that Ford engineering

Mine also only cools the seat bottoms, 3 bars and it will give you frost bite in about 5 min. Hopefully FORD will come up with a fix for this soon, it's frustrating.

Ive had the same issue , my seat is cool on the bottom but the lumbar feels as if I put the heater on , I told my dealer about it and he said that's normal , said that the back is not suppose to get cool, but the funny thing is that the passenger side gets cool. so not sure wtf is really going on.

Interesting, have to test them out today!

OK just checked and back is definitely cold same as the bottom! Could really feel the coldness from the back portion. Both seats are the same.

Default seat cooling

Good news. They found the root cause. He stated the hoses were routed in a way that they had collapsed. They fixed the hoses and re routed them where this would not happen.

Now, everyone schedule an appointment to take care of your wet back.
