Another MN '16 XLT owner here. I have not had the door lock issue but I have had the tailgate lock freeze.

NE Wisconsin here. I have been thawing my washers with a heat gun. Stopped by the dealer on Friday Dec. 16th to let them know. They told me to try some better fluid and let them know if it doesn't work. Froze over the weekend again. Made a thread on this forum and found out about the TSB. Called dealer to make an appointment and informed them about the TSB. They acted surprised! Brought the truck in Friday the 23rd. Got a call to come pick up the truck, parts needed to be ordered. When I got there I informed them that the doors were freezing last year and I put a band-aid on it by spraying the latches with lithium grease, but I would like the problem corrected since there was a TSB on this.I was told nothing could be done until they actually SEE it happen! WTF ! As far as the washer goes, they said they were fixing it because they've seen it many times. What? Then why was I told to try better fluid when I first reported it?
Anyways, I had to fly out east for work on the 28th, guess what? The rear left door froze and my wife had to drive me to the airport like that! I'm pretty F'N pissed off.
BTW, dealer called my wife to say the hose came in. I will be giving them a piece of my mind when I get home! ....stay tuned

Hey Ford Family,

Let's see how I can help with getting those parts in quicker, if possible. Please send me a private message with your names, phone numbers, VINs, current mileages, and servicing dealers. I definitely understand your concern.

If you get my raptor on the train this week, I won't need the parts to have this done!

Sounds like a fair trade to me. Ha

Haha, I agree. Trust me, if I could, I would definitely have your Raptor on its way.
