cheap backup camera options
What have you guys done for inexpensive backup camera in trucks not equipped? I was thinking the best solution is wireless cause I don't want to mount a screen in my truck unless i got one that took DVD input for my kids as well but I know wireless may be expensive. I really only use it for backing up to my trailer which I realized I am not good at with this truck scuffed my rear bumper cover last night...
I saw some chinese ones for like $30 with monitor and I can't think they can be very good, but for that price if it breaks, its $30...
I was also thinking of mounting the lens in the tailgate handle like factory- I thought I saw a thread about it a while back, but let me know.

If you have the 4.2 inch screen you can add the back up camera to it

Just bought a wireless set up from Amazon. Cost me $60. It's a cheap solution but it's not HD quality. I can't see my car when on the trailer since my trailer has a wind deflector. So I mounted it on the deflector and can see the video from my phone. It's transmitted via Wifi. It's a great, simple, and cheap solution for my application. I just want to be able to make sure my car is not shifting while on the trailer. Let me know if you need more info.
