You can find the parts using the following Part numbers at fordparts.com
Vent 2 # 18C420C
Vent 2 # 18C420B
If your console doesn't have the main duct running through it then you can order Vent # 19D633
Sorry don't have the full part numbers but using those on the Ford website will pull them up. As for the wiring harness it depends on how your truck is equipped there's several configuration for the wiring. I purchased on that was like $40 and it had everything I needed, but they go all the way up to like $60+ Maybe it depends if you need the wiring for a console shift or not.

You can probably just go to a hardware store and buy any screw of the same size. I had an extra two oem screws that I used but I don't remember how I got them.

Unfortunately I don't remember the spec for the screws or if they sell them separately, but if you look behind your dashboard to the ducts that are already there, your current duct where 420C attaches has two screws. Those screws are the exact size screws that part 420C needs for mounting, it's completely safe to remove one from the upper duct in case you want to get a better look at the screws you need.

So there's two ways, you can either buy the upper main duct which all console equipped trucks have and swap it out, which from the looks of it will be a LOT of work, you'd probably have to undo the entire dashboard to do that.
OR you can simply do what I did which is cut out the bottom lid of the sealed duct and your new elbow duct fits right over it.
How to cut out the lid? Well I tried a few different ways, the best way was probably using a sharp utility knife, it's probably the most accurate way of cutting out the inside of the bottom lid without damaging the outside frame, but it also takes the longest amount of time and is the hardest to do in such a cramped space. I did half of the hole using the knife, then I tried other methods but ended up only messing it up lol then went back to the knife. It's hard plastic so it does take a bit of strenght to pucture it and drag your knife around the edge but in the end it's the best way and the result looks just like the factory.
I also tried using a small multi tool with a straight blade, but I ended up damaging the outside of the duct a bit, no worries though since the new duct goes over it not inside of it.
You can also try using a small dremel tool if you have one just make sure you have good lighting and take your time.
Basically you can try any method you can think of. It doesn't even have to be very pretty since no one will ever see it and like I said the new duct goes over it anyways.
Just a note, try your best to cut open the hole as close to the wall of the duct as you can, the bigger the hole the better airflow you will have

Purely brute force!

I just picked up a center console for my 2016 XLT. It came from a Lariat that had the ambient package.
I want to start gathering parts that I will need and I am looking at the power connections that are on the console I have. In the front part of the console there is a large rectangular plug and the USB plug.
There is also a plug on the passenger side of the console and I notice that my existing jump seat also has a plug back there in the same spot so that one is not an issue. The front one is going to be a little different I figure.
Is there a harness that will connect this plug to my existing harness?
Thanks
TC
