You should check out the unlimited plan, it's probably close to what you pay now. I'm also pretty sure they did away with tiered data plans a few years ago...at least AT&T did.

Even then though, if you only use 4 GBs normally, adding Spotify and using it for your radio shouldn't put you over your limit.
