Acually it takes less time than that. Just touch the time on your home screen and it brings up your clock screen then either press once up or down on the hour and your done. 5 seconds at the most.

Your helpful tip of the day.

Edit: How was this thread on the first screen on my phone? Last post was months ago!

Why would anyone whine about their $50K+ trucks not having something or another. I don't whine about my wife's new "18 Elantra ($16K OTD) having lighted visors, tinted windows, covered wheel-wells, clock that does auto-set DST, Sirus/XM that gets all the channels, just to name a few. Hell, you whiners whine about everything. I mean, why in the hell should we expect our trucks to be as well equipped as a cheap Hyundai? Just because we pay big bucks for our trucks and last time I looked, this is an F-150 Forum you whiners just ruin everything. As stated above, "God who cares? Why is this even a problem? Does it take that much effort and inconvenience your day that much? It takes all of 25 seconds to reset."

Unless you have actually driven in that splash of Idaho time zone that is in Oregon, or even worse, read the PS under the map, you don't really know what your phone will do.

Check out Indiana and Kentucky and Tennessee.

I live in TN, eastern time zone, 30 miles from Central time. It's never an issue with my truck. Time is always correct except the DST crap.
My phone on the other hand, will some times switch to Central at my house. That is a big issue. It all depends on which tower the phone hits.
My wife has to keep her phone in manual for time, as hers switches all the time, and it has made her alarm go off and hour late.
