I always use a website that shows dealer cost and available incentives. I pay 2% over dealer cost no admin fees, plus additional incentives. I always leave with full tank of fuel. Its really difficult to know what CARs COST in CANADA actually are in your COMmunity.
I would post the website but I'm not sure if its against forum rules. There is a small fee to use the service but it is great. I then use black book to get usually high book value trade in depending on how much I abused my vehicle. I always order what I want then wait and see which incentive is best.

Also tell them you have an ambassador letter $750 off. And tell them you want to see the dealers invoice. Some will try to deny showing you, if they do that, tell them to **** off.

In October '14, coulda got a '14 XLT crew, 5.0L, 4x4, 3.73 e lock, 302A...MSRP $52,xxx.xx...$34,025.00 with 0% 72. Best time to buy when they making room for new body style. **** I shoulda jumped on that deal.
Got my 2016 at Eastgate. 53xxx was the sticker and got it for 46 bang on plus tax.
Cheapest on same truck prior was Mohawk but Eastgate beat them by 600 bucks. Had a guy from Kennedy in Oakville try for me since I've been dealing with them for service but he told me eastgates price was good so that was comforting to hear.
Could've got a good deal on a 2015 from Kennedy but it wasn't what I wanted even though it had the 302 package meaning more options.

last5oh_302 - Purchased mine from Eastgate as well. What did you think of their service? Second truck from them for me and realize not all that eager to return emails or to even contemplate throwing in something like a box liner etc...not until pick up day, now they're all smiles and giggles. Seems to be very important to them to get a perfect score on the post purchase survey from Ford. Salesman also ordered wrong truck, scab instead of screw, luckily I caught that early in the process.

This is my second vehicle from them as well (bought both on the lot), and yes I was given the heads up on the survey I'd receive in hopes of me giving them a perfect score, which I did. No complaints and the fella I was dealing with got back to me on everything. I just texted him directly.
Getting the wrong truck would certainly be a pisser. A buddy has a new 2016 F150 on order from them as well. We will see how it goes for him.

Is there any way to estimate what the X-Plan discount is worth on an XLT that retails around $55k?

Also, is the three year residual around 40%?

Default BC prices

Any prices from BC?
I used the unhaggled pricing with two dealers in the lower mainland (invoice plus 3.5%), Got rejected both times, though they are still talking to me. I am l
looking for a Platinum.
There are three loaded 2015 Platinums in Fraser Valley with MRSP $75,000 to 77,000. Selling for $58,000 to 61,000. All are FX4, tech, EC, active park. Not sure about the Myfordtouch and no Pro towing backup assist, and no 0% finance on 2015s.
I prefer the 2016s, will anyone suggest I take the 2015 with the discount and use my line of credit?

I think you are crazy to use a line of credit. I'm assuming you are talking about one secured to your house at a rate of 2.75 percent at best. If you pay 60K, you are paying 1500 plus in interest per year. They offer '16's with 0 percent for 72... in the end you will likely be very close to even if you buy either... but have a truck one year newer. If things hit the fan and you can't pay, you will lose your truck if you finance through ford, or lose your house if financed against it! I believe multiple sources of low to no interest is safer than one source hedged with the value of your home
