Default KNOCK_SPRK - Anyone know details....?

I've attached two charts below. One is KNOCK_1 & KNOCK_2 vs. RPM and the other is KNOCK_1 & KNOCK_2 vs. KNOCK_SPRK. The one thing I want to know is why the knock sensor on bank 1 is showing so much more noise than bank 2. The other thing I want to know is the definitive way to interpret KNOCK_SPRK. When I look at the output, I see up to -8 deg in spark adjustment which would be bad if it actually means it's retarding timing by 8 degrees. The problem is, I know that with a lot of Ford's knock control PID's, negative numbers actually show that it's being advanced. So which one is it for KNOCK_SPRK? Any help would be greatly appreciated...I'd just like to be able to accurately interpret the chart. Also, I think KNOCK_2 might be picking up some of the noise of KNOCK_1.

Bump. Anyone know which way in KNOCK_SPRK is spark retard? After watching the behavior...I'm pretty sure negative numbers are retard with this PID. Can anyone confirm that?
