Yep it's pathetic.
But you don't see this foolishness on other threads. GM guys don't foam at the mouth over which Vortec engine is better or Hemi folks arguing with Ecodiesel guys. But here people seem to forget all the engines are Ford engines. Instead of agreeing that Ford has the best lineup of truck engines over all competitors we have to fight over which engine is better than the other. Some would rather say that Ram and GM have better engines than admit the engine they don't support is good.

There's nothing to compare when it comes to the 5.3 or the 6.2 just like there's nothing to talk about in comparison to the 5.0 and 6.2 Booooring!
Hence , I give you your antagonist.... 6 cylinders and two turbos!
Throw that into Chevy's lineup and their forum would crash within the hour!
Aside from a few hotheads, it's all in good fun.. Isn't it

That's because they jumped ship and bought ecoboost's, OR are complaining about cylinder deactivation...

One has to admit that Ford's decision to make all three motors so close in terms of acceleration has added an interesting dynamic here. The other brands have a much clearer engine hierarchy. I'll bet the decision makers over this are patting themselves on the back about right now.

I don't know why I read this thread. It reinforces every existing stereotype about Mustang owners.
The only thing missing is a count of casualties from losing the rear end and driving through crowds while trying to leave car shows.

2018 Texas Mile in Victoria. Four fastest cars at the event including all classes:
1st 2006 Ford GT 274.7
2nd 2011 Mustang GT500 261.0
3rd, Lambo who cares
4th 2015 Mustang GT 247.0
These are the typical Mustang owners I hang with (and my daughter Shelby with a 2017GT) and I find them to be pretty badass.
