Cabin Air Filter
Go to Youtube and search, there are several that are basically the same. 2015 through 2019 and maybe even 2020 are the same. I have a 2019 XLT and it was very easy, only difference may be that you have some trim to remove.
OP,
Watch the YouTube video(s) & if you have an iPad or other inferior tablet
, take it to the truck with you & proceed with at least a modicum of confidence. I have changed mine twice, and believe me, if I can do it, your Irish Setter can do it!

The only part to be careful about is removing the trim strip above the glove box... you need a wide, stiff tool to pry it out and not damage the bottom of it. The youtube videos will show you how.

This video covers it pretty well.

But thanks for the vote of confidence..
Great point. I just changed mine in my new to me 17. It took a minute to make sure the filter was sitting properly in the box.
I tried and follow the YouTube and it seems it is different for different year model.
First question is how to remove right damper after opening glove box? It says pull back and then pull out. But it is solid no where to move?
2. after remove the screws, how to pull the plastic pieces out? It is really hard to pull out.
thanks

If you look on the outside of the glovebox on the side with the damper, you will see a hole just below the end of the damper. That hole is connected to the hole now holding the end of the damper. Pull the damper towards that open hole, which is a little larger than the hole it is in now. The damper should pop down into that hole, then you can push the end of the damper through that hole to unlatch it. Don't use too much force or you can pull the hole damper assembly apart.
You need a trim tool to pry the trim piece out from above the glovebox. You can use a screwdriver, but that will most likely mar the trim piece.
If you think your year of truck is different, if you told us the model year and trim level it would help.
