Those bottom clips were what I was worried about. I don't even see why they are necessary, lots of cars only use clips on the side.

Bad news - I broke the bottom two clips off of my door.

Good news - I can replace my filter by just lowering my glove compartment door & not having to dis-assemble my truck.

Nice HVAC. That's an FL3H-19B555-CK Rev B4. It's a single zone manual with rear floor duct. It was produced on 2/6/15 @ 2:22am (line 2, 2nd shift) and shipped over to Dearborn Truck Plant on 2/10/15. I could tell you who built it or what shipper, trailer number, and the truck seal it went over on, but that would probably bore you ...

Ha ha, that's awesome! I imagine you either work for Ford or a tier 1 supplier?

Your info seems good though, my truck was built on 2/11/2015.

Ordered a couple of cabin air filters a few months back but haven't tackled it until today after seeing this video.

Big help and went really smooth. Really no reason to do it any other way. Took my time and probably took 15 minutes.

Thanks for the Vid.

Really glad you guys found it useful. I've always bought my filters from Rockauto, and when the time comes I will probably do the same for this one.
