So far I have only seen one company offer anything.

I have seen somewhere where someone mounted the sensor behind the grill and had it working but for the life of me don't remember where.

Fab Fours also sells a relocation bracket. I installed it. Full details are linked from somewhere on one of the later pages of my build thread.
