The paint itself does show dirt but as stated not near as bad as black.

The color is something you won't regret.

I blame you for making me fall in love with Blue Jeans! Everytime I see your Blue Jeans Lariat pics posted everywhere on this forum, my heart stops. I'll probably be pulling the trigger soon. Will post pics back when I take delivery.

I love the color on my truck....my biggest complaint is keeping it clean. I've done paint correction and sealant and it really brought out the metallic-ness of the paint. I'll be honest though, from what I've seen, there isn't a single bad color choice with this truck. I will say...it's a rare color. I have yet to see another BJM Platinum...even my BJM Lariat before this truck was a rarity. It's a gorgeous color but for some reason, not very popular (and that's fine by me). Here's a picture but it really misses how much this color pops in the sun.

I currently have a '14 Blue Jeans Lariat and just put in an order for a '17 with the same color scheme. I went in thinking I wanted to get a different color, just to try something else but after looking at all of them, I still preferred the Blue Jeans color.

It's true that you can't take a photo that represents how it actually looks in person. There is quite a bit of metallic in the paint and, especially with the Chrome package, it really stands out.

You always have issues with dark colors including Blue Jeans that's why I went with silver

Yeah, you have to work harder to keep it clean, but that blue is stunning on these trucks (especially contrasted against chrome/brushed alum-ish trim). I was able to get over the cleaning because it looks that good. My truck is never dirty (gets washed every time it's driven) so for me BJM was the way to go. In the right light (like sunset), it's probably one of those most amazing looking colors on a truck...it pops that much. That silver looks pretty awesome too by the way

I like blue Jeans. Then again my local car wash charges 30 per mo for unlimited washes. I go in every saturday and enjoy hanging out while they make it look right. I love the perfectly clean windshield and tip another 5. My favorite color is the candy red, then blue jeans and then blue flame, followed by green....blah light grey and white, but magnetic is sharp too. Ford does the best colors.

I wish we had a good car wash around here that offers something like that...I spend probably 100/month on car washes because the good one around here doesn't do monthly deals. It would save me a whole lot of money for a 30/month wash package.

I'm just about to order a '17 Limited in Blue jeans color, but the truck on the Ford site looks a bit different than the Blue jeans color on trucks I have seen on this forum. Are they the same color or is it different for the new model year?

It is the same. The lighter color of blue is sharp too. I really like most of Ford's colors and kudos to Ford for offering so many great colors. Seriously, I am not a fan of white, but the reds, silvers, blues, caribou...awesome. If I could afford it, I would own one in most of the colors. Sorry for rattling on....

2013 with just over 83K on it (bought new). This pic was 1 month ago. During hunting season it doesn't even get washed hardly. Gets a good wash/seal/wax every spring. No swirl marks and it isn't hard to keep clean. Love that Blue Jean.
