I have lightning blue on my 17 escape and I like the blue flame better on the F-150

Not a fan of the lightning blue. I've had a 2010 and a 2012 F150 both in Blue Flame and love that color. The Lightning blue is really a Neon Blue which is to loud for me. I would choose another color over it.

My 2008 Sport Trac was Dark Blue Pearl Metallic, and the previous 2 F150s being Blue Flame, I wanted something different this time. That's why I went Magnetic, just love that color.

I had a 2011 and 2015 blue flame and think that color is quite a bit brighter than Lightning Blue. Not sure what you mean by neon but if Flame Blue was offered I'd buy that on my next F-150 for sure. Right now I am partial to Blue Jeans. It is a bit dark, but a nice shade nonetheless.
